All data subjects whose data is processed by WEALTH WEST Limited.

2. Responsibilities

Richard Higgs is responsible for ensuring that this notice is placed in front of potential data subjects prior to Wealth West Ltd. T/A Harold Stephens collecting/processing their personal data.

All employees of Wealth West Ltd. T/A Harold Stephens who interact with data subjects are responsible for ensuring that this notice is drawn to the data subject’s attention and their consent to the processing of their data is secured.

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes:

  • We will use your personal information to provide you with any information or services that you ask for, or to reply to any correspondence

  • We may also use it to analyse information, such as where in the country users of our website come from

What is Personal Data?
