Depending upon your needs, the Premier Estate Planning Package includes up to 2 trusts within your Will. Whether this is a property trust, discretionary trust or life interest trust – the Premier Estate Planning Package covers it all.
A Will stops at death. Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) protect you during life, especially when you may become vulnerable as you age and potentially face the prospect of health issues. The Premier Estate Planning Package includes four LPAs for a couple or two LPAs for a single client which cover both Property & Financial affairs and Health & Welfare affairs. These important legal documents ensure that:
- Trusted individuals or professionals can manage your finances if capacity is lost
- Decisions about care, treatment, and living arrangements are made by people that you choose carefully
- Court involvement (and costly delays) is avoided
Without LPAs, even a perfectly drafted Will cannot help during your lifetime.
